It's not only our mission to support everyone in their efforts to become a Sporting Gent, but toalso make sure you are always satisfied with your experience and your purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. UPDATE: In order to comply with the Mecklenburg County Shelter at Home Order, our brick-and-mortar shop will be closed to the public until further notice. We will also be amending our standard return and exchange policy to extend dating for returns and exchanges from 15 to 30 days, and 30 to 45 days, respectively. The Sporting Gent accepts returns for a full refund in the original method of payment within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original manufacturers tags attached. Discounted items, items which have been altered, purchased either on Final Sale or during a promotional sale, are not eligible for a refund. Returned items that are considered in an unsellable condition will not be accepted. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. To begin your return, please log into your account. If you do not have an account, you will be required to create an account to begin the return process. To create an account, with the email you used to place the original order, please click here. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your return to be processed once received.
The Sporting Gent accepts exchanges as long as the product is not a custom item, has not been altered, is not visibly worn, has not been washed or damaged and has the original tags still attached. The exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please log into your account, and select the order from which you purchased the item. Please follow the onscreen steps to begin your exchange. You can always holler at us by calling the Shopkeeper at (704) 896-5600 or emailing us.

Hey, we get it. Nothing lasts forever, but we sure as heck try to make our stuff to last just shy of it. We guarantee our TSG apparel...plain and simple. It's made to be worn, and worn in, but if for some reason you have a TSG product, which during normal use, failed to meet our impeccably high standards please contact us here so we can begin the repair process.
(And now for the fine print: Guarantees only apply to TSG branded merchandise. All customer requests for third-party vendor repairs will be directed to the original manufacturer. All items returned for repair will be subject to a "normal use" inspection by our shopkeepers.)
