It's not only our mission to support everyone in their efforts to become a Sporting Gent, but to also make sure you are always satisfied with your experience and your purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can also log into your account or create an account and request a return for your order, but as always, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact one of our shopkeepers!
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We’ve extended our Return & Exchange policy so that any order purchased in November or December can be returned up until January 15, 2021. Items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED with original manufacturer tags attached. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.
The Sporting Gent accepts returns for a full refund in the original method of payment within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original manufacturers tags attached. Customized items, items which have been altered, purchased on Final Sale or Last Shot, are not eligible for a return or refund. Returned items that are considered in an unsellable condition will not be accepted.
Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We're happy to provide a free return label, however if your order qualified for promotional free shipping, under certain circumstances we may deduct the cost of the outbound shipping from your refund.
To begin your return, please log into your account. If you do not have an account, you will be required to create an account to begin the return process. To create an account, with the email you used to place the original order, please click here. Please allow up to two (2) business days for your return to be processed once received.
The Sporting Gent accepts exchanges for the same item in a different size or color as long as the original item is not a custom item, marked as Final Sale or Last Shot, has not been altered, is not visibly worn, has not been washed or damaged and has the original tags still attached. The exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are not processed until the returned product is received back, consequently your chosen item(s) may be out of stock at the time of processing. If a desired exchange product is out of stock, a refund will be made to the original form of payment for the amount of the returned product. In order to ensure the replacement item does not go out of stock, please consider returning your item by following the Returns procedures and placing a new order for the replacement item.
If you want to exchange an item for a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund by following the Returns procedure and then purchase your new item as a new order. To initiate an exchange, please log into your account, and select the order from which you purchased the item. Please follow the onscreen steps to begin your exchange. You can always holler at us by calling the Shopkeeper at (704) 896-5600 or emailing us. If you did not create an account during checkout, you can do so here. Note: You must use the email you used during checkout to be able to find your order when creating an account.
Hey, we get it. Nothing lasts forever, but we sure as heck try to make our stuff to last just shy of it. We guarantee our TSG apparel...plain and simple. It's made to be worn, and worn in, but if for some reason you have a TSG product, which during normal use, failed to meet our impeccably high standards please contact us here so we can begin the repair process.
(And now for the fine print: Guarantees only apply to TSG branded merchandise. All customer requests for third-party vendor repairs will be directed to the original manufacturer. All items returned for repair will be subject to a "normal use" inspection by our shokeepers.)

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately and a shopkeeper will be glad to send you a shipping label to exchange or return your defective items.
If an item you purchase goes on sale for a discounted amount within (7) seven days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. Please contact one of the shopkeepers via your online account or our contact form and we will be happy to take care of you as soon as possible.
