While we are committed to providing the best service possible and processing your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any shipment by the estimated delivery date through our third-party shipping vendors. We are also not responsible for any delays as a result of COVID-19, weather or any third-party shipping errors.
- A free shipping carrier will be chosen based on the best available rate at time of processing, the package value, weight, dimensions and destination.
- Order placed prior to 2 P.M. EST will be processed for shipment the same business day.
- Shipments are only processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Additional time may be required for any customized items.
- Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
- The Sporting Gent cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
- Delivery time depends on the speed of delivery you select when you place an order. Please choose the shipping method and delivery window that best suit your needs.
